You are not under‑trained. You are under‑wired.

Past a certain level, more reps stop paying. The bottleneck moves underneath the skill — into how fast your system reads, decides, recovers, and holds when the pressure is real. That layer can be trained. Most athletes never touch it.

Who is already in the room

The material behind Wired2Win comes out of rooms most athletes never get access to. On Wired2Win Radio, Chase Jackson has spent 250+ episodes pulling protocols directly from Olympic sports psychologists, Navy SEALs, world champion coaches, Premier League consultants, NBA champions, UFC fighters, and founders operating at nine figures.

Those conversations are not the product. They are the research. What gets extracted, tested, and proven is what gets built into the system our athletes run.

The bottleneck is not effort

By the time an athlete reaches this level, the obvious inputs are already handled. Strength is there. Skill is there. Work ethic was never the problem.

What separates the top of the field is the quality of the system running underneath: how quickly it processes, how accurately it adapts, how completely it recovers, and whether it holds its shape when the stakes spike.

That system is your nervous system. Train it directly and everything above it moves — reaction, decision speed, composure, durability, output on the days that count.

One operating system, three layers

Wired2Win does not stack three services. It rewires one system across the three inputs that govern it.

Physical

Nervous system priming, movement quality, load and recovery sequencing — so the body executes the pattern the moment it is called for, not a beat late.

Psychological

Identity conditioning, attention control, and rehearsed response to pressure — so composure is a trained default rather than a good day.

Biochemical

Fuel, hydration, sleep architecture, and recovery inputs dialed to the demand of your sport — measured, not guessed.

We do not take every athlete

The system moves people who are already serious. It does nothing for people who are not.

Built for

  • Athletes competing at a college, professional, or national level
  • People whose training is already consistent and whose results have stalled
  • Anyone who underperforms their practice standard when the pressure is real
  • Athletes returning from injury who need the system rebuilt, not just the tissue
  • Founders and operators carrying the same load in a different arena

Not built for

  • Anyone looking for a general fitness or strength program
  • Athletes who have not yet built a base of consistent training
  • People who want motivation rather than protocol
  • Anyone unwilling to change sleep, fuel, and recovery inputs
  • Anyone shopping on price alone

Levels of access

Three ways in. Each one opens a different depth of contact with the system and with Chase.

Level 01

Operating System

The monthly performance system, delivered as protocol. Structured training for the nervous system, plus a monthly group call with Chase to calibrate what you are running.

Level 02

Group Coaching

A six month build. Your own protocol written by Chase each month, weekly group calls, weekly office hours, and full access to the nervous system training library.

Level 03

Performance Intensive

In person, wherever you are. A coach flies out to you for diagnostics, hands on rewiring, and a system built around your demands. Limited seats, by invitation after review.

Who builds it

Chase Jackson consults for three professional teams and works with world class athletes, founders, and high stakes performers on one problem: rewiring the nervous system so it holds under pressure. He hosts Wired2Win Radio, where he has spent 250+ episodes extracting methods from the people who have already solved performance at the highest level, and he builds the protocols his athletes run from what survives testing.

Behind him sits an expert network — sports psychology, performance medicine, recovery science — brought in where the problem calls for it.

Before you apply

How long before I feel a difference?

Most athletes notice changes in sleep quality and pressure response inside the first few weeks, because those respond quickly to the right inputs. Durable changes to decision speed and composure take a full training block. Anyone promising a timeline without knowing your sport and calendar is guessing.

Does this replace my strength coach or my sport coach?

No. It sits underneath them. Wired2Win trains the system your other coaching runs on, and the protocol is built to fit around your existing training and competition schedule rather than compete with it.

What does it cost?

Investment depends on the level of access, and it is discussed on the qualification call once we know the sport, the calendar, and whether the system is the right fit. We do not enroll athletes we cannot move.

What actually happens after I apply?

We read the application. If the system is not right for where you are, we tell you. If it is, we reach out by email or text to book a qualification call — a direct conversation about the bottleneck and which level fits.

I am under 18. Can I apply?

Yes, with a parent or legal guardian. They need to complete the application, accept the terms, and stay involved in the program.

Is this medical or clinical care?

No. Wired2Win is performance coaching and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are managing an injury or a condition, work with your physician alongside the program.

These people see performance differently. I want access.
